Uncertainty is an output.
The workflow does not collapse a consumer brand, seller, product company, legal manufacturer, physical facility, importer, and owner/consignee into one company. Each relationship must earn its own evidence.
A partial match that needs more evidence. A brand-name match alone never rises above this level.
A plausible name match preserved with the exact country, address, entity, or product-scope conflict.
The reviewed public sources do not provide the evidence needed to decide.
Methodology
Separate the entities. Map marketplace, seller, brand, product company, legal manufacturer, physical facility, exporter, US owner/consignee, and FSVP importer independently.
Screen the records. Search public English and Japanese sources using confirmed names, aliases, addresses, countries, and product scope.
Preserve exclusions. Keep likely false matches in the audit trail and explain why they were not attached to the SKU.
Request the minimum evidence. Convert each unresolved field into a focused bilingual question and supporting-document request.
Refuse false clearance. When the facility, exact entity, product scope, or import responsibility is not established, the output remains unresolved and goes to human review.

One resolves a product and official company; the other rejects an unsupported FDA name match. Both preserve evidence gaps instead of guessing.
